Bed and BARKfest is growing and with over 7 years of serving dog-loving families in Oakland County, we’re ready to welcome a new team member! We’re looking for a new member of our Scheduling Coordinator Team to help keep our operations running smoothly and our tails wagging.

This role is all about organization, communication, and connection. You’ll match sitters with client requests, manage schedules, and make sure families feel confident knowing their pups are in good hands. From confirming bookings and coordinating meet & greets to supporting sitters with scheduling needs, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. You'll work closely with Sandy our operations manager and Erin our founder/CEO, so a great team player and communicator is a must.

This position will start out part-time (10–15 hours per week) and is primarily virtual after training. It's flexible, but we're looking for someone who's generally available during daytime hours to stay in sync with our team and clients. We are a rapidly growing company with over 850 families throughout Oakland County. For the right candidate we can move into full time work or more hours. Or it's also perfect if you’re looking for a consistent 10-15 hours going forward. Great phone communication and skills, the admin team is the first warm touch for new clients!
